Music Academy

NEXT UP: 3-8 August 2026, Aarhus

DNMA is a music course that aims to create and promote new music through close collaboration between composers and performers worldwide and together with performer and saxophone player Anja Nedremo and composers Emil Vijgen we strongly believe that music should be taught from the bottom-up rather than the top-down. Our emphasis is on playing, listening, performing and creating.

Taking our inspiration from Bang On A Can festival in the United States, and many similar festivals around Europe, our goal is to build bridges between the classical and contemporary music environments, and foster a curious and open-minded approach.
